By placing an order on cnlarbo.com, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment (T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment). All prices are FOB or EXW unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and billed separately. We ship via DHL, FedEx, air freight, or sea freight based on your preference.
Quality & Warranty
All products undergo in-house inspection before shipment. If products arrive defective, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders
Custom products with your logo or custom specifications are non-refundable unless quality defects are confirmed.
