Muddling releases oils from mint and fruit. Over-muddling shreds the mint and makes a drink bitter — which is why head shape matters more than most buyers expect. LARBO has made bar muddlers in Yongkang, China since 2007.

Standard lengths run 20 cm to 30 cm. Wooden muddlers are turned from a single billet and sealed with food-safe oil; we recommend a smooth or lightly toothed face so mint is bruised, not torn. Nylon heads are moulded over a steel core so they will not snap under load.
Mirror, brushed and matte black on steel; natural, walnut and black stain on wood. Logo laser engraved on the handle end or etched into the head.
Mixing wood species and custom heads is part of custom barware manufacturing.
MOQ from 500 pcs per style, and wood-head variants can be mixed across wood species within a single order to reach the minimum. Samples 7–10 days; production 30–35 days.
