The handle is the failure point on a cheap stein. We weld handles with full penetration and grind the joint smooth, then pressure-test the seam. Solid handles give a weighted feel; hollow handles cut shipping weight on large orders.
Mirror polish, brushed, hammered, copper plating and matte powder coat. Logo by laser engraving, screen print or etched patch plate — brewery programmes usually pair a copper body with an engraved logo.
Brewery programmes and engraved logos are handled through custom barware manufacturing.
