Material & Craftsmanship

The 500 ml tall mug is deep-drawn from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel, then hand-hammered by skilled workers to produce the dimple pattern across the body. The hammered sheet is then copper-plated to a uniform 20 µm and sealed with a food-safe lacquer. The handle is solid-cast in one piece with the body — not welded — so it withstands years of commercial dishwashing without loosening. What is your MOQ for the 500 ml tall hammered mug?

500 pieces per SKU for the stock copper + silver finish. For custom PVD finishes (brushed nickel, black PVD, gunmetal, antique brass) or custom logo, MOQ is also 500 pieces. Mixed-finish container loads (e.g. copper + black PVD in one 20-ft container) are common and lower the per-SKU effective MOQ.

Why a tall 500 ml instead of a standard 500 ml mule?

The tall 146 mm / Ø65 mm silhouette (2.25 : 1 height-to-width) gives a modern cocktail-bar proportion that fits espresso martinis, highballs and longdrinks where a standard squat mule would feel visually top-heavy. Is the hammered texture real or stamped?

The dimples are hand-hammered by skilled workers after forming, before plating. This produces the irregular, multi-angle facet pattern that machine-stamped mugs cannot replicate. The plating is then applied OVER the hammered surface so the texture remains visible and tactile on the finished mug.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Free samples are available for the stock copper + silver finish (you pay courier cost, typically USD 30–60 by DHL / FedEx). For custom PVD finishes or custom logo prototypes, sample fees are USD 50–300, refunded against your bulk order.

What is the lead time?
