A free-pouring bartender with an inconsistent pourer gives away product every shift. A measured pourer pays for itself in weeks. LARBO has manufactured speed pourers in Yongkang, China since 2007 for bar brands, chain operators and distributors.
Pourers round out the bar tools range for one-stop ordering.
Our spouts are sized to standard bottle necks and checked for a drip-free cut-off — the two complaints that generate returns. Measured pourers are calibrated in 25 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml doses, and we confirm dose accuracy on a sample run before bulk production.
304 stainless steel, or food-grade plastic for lower-cost programmes. Custom collar colours and taper profiles available. Logo printed or laser marked on the collar.
Custom collar colours and bar-coded retail packs go through custom barware manufacturing.
MOQ from 1,000 pcs per collar type, with free-flow and measured pourers combinable to reach the minimum. Samples in 7–10 days; production 30–35 days. Bar-coded retail packs available.

Figures shown are typical ranges for this product family. Exact dimensions, capacities and finishes are confirmed against your specification before sampling.
Free-flow for speed bars where the bartender controls the count. Measured pourers for venues that need a fixed dose for cost control or licensing compliance. If your market has portion-control requirements, specify measured rather than relying on operator discipline.
Neck fit is the most common mismatch problem, so we confirm the neck diameter before quoting. Most pourers use a standard collar with a flexible seal, but premium and specialty bottles vary. Send us the bottle specification and we will confirm fit.
Yes. Pourers sit in direct contact with spirits, so the spout and collar are specified in food-contact materials and can be tested against LFGB, EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR. Our current reports on file are from SGS and QIMA, and copies are available on request.
Yes. Coloured collars or spouts let a back bar separate brands or spirit types at a glance. Colour is matched to a Pantone reference, and we supply a sample for approval before the run.
Type and colour. Standard free-flow in a stock collar has the lowest minimum. A measured valve, a dust cap or a custom collar colour each adds a set-up run. Tell us type, neck size and whether you need colour coding, and we will quote exactly.
