The heavy-duty pressed bowls take a lemon, lime or small orange and squeeze it dry in a single push, while the built-in slots strain seeds and coarse pulp as you press. The long-lever handles multiply your grip so prep stays fast through a full shift. It measures 22.6 x 7.8 cm and weighs 180 g.

Press & Strain Design
The two bowls are shaped to cradle a halved citrus, so the force goes into the fruit rather than out the sides. As you close the handles, the juice channels through slots in the lower bowl, leaving seeds and pulp behind — no separate strainer, no fishing seeds out of the glass afterward.
Material & Finish
The body is food-grade aluminum with a color coating that resists chipping and survives commercial dishwashing. Aluminum keeps the tool light enough to use all day, and the coating means it will not react with citrus acid or leave a metallic taste.
