Inside Our Factory: 3,000 m² in Yongkang
Our 3,000 m² facility covers the whole production flow under one roof: raw-material storage, stamping and metal spinning, welding, grinding and mirror polishing, logo engraving, assembly and finished-goods packing. Keeping those steps in-house is what lets us hold a finish standard across repeat orders instead of re-sourcing it every season.
Production runs on 120 machines, 30 fully automatic robotic arms and 3 automated production lines. The robotic arms handle the repetitive forming, welding and transfer work, which keeps wall thickness and fit consistent from the first piece to the hundred-thousandth.
Stamping and assembly line at the LARBO factory, Yongkang — 3 automated lines producing 1,000,000 pieces a year.
Quality is not a department bolted on at the end. Eight dedicated QC inspectors work alongside the lines, checking incoming stainless steel, in-process parts and finished goods against the approved sample before anything is packed.

Manufacturing Equipment & Automation
Our equipment is sized for OEM and ODM programmes — small enough to run a 500-piece custom order, large enough to ship a million pieces a year:
- 120 production machines covering stamping, metal spinning, welding, grinding and polishing
- 30 fully automatic robotic arms for consistent forming, welding and part transfer
- 3 automated production lines for volume and repeat orders
Because tooling, forming and finishing sit in one plant, we can adjust wall thickness, capacity, handle shape, surface finish and logo placement for your market without outsourcing the critical steps.
Production Capacity & Lead Times

| MOQ | from 500 pcs (varies by item) |
Quality Control: Four Checkpoints Before Every Shipment
Eight full-time QC inspectors, 40 people in total — roughly one in five of our team works on quality. Every order passes four checkpoints:
- Incoming material check — stainless steel grade and surface condition verified before it enters production
- In-process checks — wall thickness, weld quality and forming tolerance monitored during stamping, spinning, welding and polishing
- Final inspection — every piece checked against the approved sample and order specification
- Pre-shipment sampling — random carton sampling before the container is loaded
Third-party inspection is welcome. We work with SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek, and we will arrange an inspection or issue test reports at your request — including on-site factory audits for new programmes.
Product Testing & EU Food-Contact Compliance
Food-contact safety is a regulatory requirement in every market we ship to, so our drinkware and bar tools are regularly submitted to third-party laboratories — SGS and Intertek — and verified against EU food-contact legislation, including Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and heavy-metal specific migration limits.
Our 304 stainless steel bar kits, jiggers, ice buckets and drinkware have all passed EU 1935/2004 heavy-metal migration testing, with reports issued by SGS and Intertek. Sample test reports for representative products are published on this page and further reports can be supplied with your order documents.
If your market requires additional standards, we can produce to the specification your local regulation demands — including items manufactured to pass LFGB and FDA food-contact testing — and we will arrange the relevant testing through SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas before shipment.
Transparency & Editorial Standards
Every figure on this page — factory area, headcount, annual capacity and equipment — is reported by our own team and reviewed before publication, and our testing statements refer to third-party EU food-contact reports we hold on file.
